Time flies by so fast, and no one knows that better than a mom. As we began researching, we found that most moms longed to record these precious moments, but lets see if one of the following #momlife situations rings a bell with you:
DO YOU RELATE?
- “Constant journaling is just something I can’t get into.”
- ”I just don’t have the time!”
- ”I didn’t start when my baby was born, so I’m too late.”
- ”I missed a couple years so there’s no way I can catch up.”
- ”I’m so tired at bedtime, journaling is the last thing I want to do.”
- ”All the childhood journals I’ve tried are so intense, I can’t keep up!”
Okay, we could go on and on, but you get it right?
What if we told you that with just a couple minutes of writing, just a few times each YEAR, (not weeks, not months) you could compile a precious, family heirloom of your child’s memories from birth all the way to graduation!? “ (Even if you’re a little late to the game!)
Guess what, we’ve got you covered! With just a few easy steps, you’ll be on your way to creating the most beautiful graduation gift a mom could ever give.
We’re going to make it easy as pie to record those memories. Without the guilt. Without the hassle. Without the hundreds of prompts.
The Passion Behind Each New Step
As a mom of four kids, I totally understand life is crazy busy. It’s so hard to plan what’s for dinner every night, let alone set aside time for frequent journaling about your kiddos, yet it is something I wished for a long time that I had been doing.
My son is now almost ten years old and I have this crazy amount of guilt that I don’t have anything written down besides his first year baby book. Also, we had an incident with our laptop when he was about three years old, so I lost all of those pictures as well.
This is what really pushed me to create something that would be easy enough to complete, yet thorough enough to leave my kiddos with their memories, and my memories and love for them.
What makes Each New Step Unique?
After searching and searching for something that could work, I came up empty handed, and after talking to quite a few other moms, I wasn’t alone! There are a lot of journal options out there, but a lot of them are quite time (or brain power) intensive.
This group of experienced moms inspired the making and creation of Each New Step as we brainstormed what we’d want in the perfect book, how we’d want it laid out and the special extras we’d want to include! Thus the birth of Each New Step: Your Childhood Journey.
So here’s what makes it so special:
- A hard covered, spiral bound, metal corner outside protects the precious moments inside.
- Inside both covers are pockets for mementos, etc.
- 6 Beautifully tabbed sections make navigating the book easily.
- Full color, heavy duty pages make this book one-of-a kind.
Each New Step Includes Sections for:
- School Days
You can definitely go and buy individual books for many of these sections, but think of how much time, space and effort you save with having them all in one place! Every back to school morning interview, every birthday celebration, simple prompts make it quick and easy to jot down your thoughts and have them in one place!
But what if my child is older?
The number one question that we get! We definitely had this in mind as we created Each New Step. As I mentioned, my oldest is almost ten, so I wouldn’t want something that was hard to catch up on for myself!
If you desire to catch up for a few years missed, we’ve made things as simple as possible! Many of the prompts should be easy to fill in by just scrolling through some pictures from the past. Our “Firsts” section in a concise, short and sweet section about the baby years, however we don’t expect you to know things like the date they drank out a bottle for the first time or any thing like that.
Simple prompts like “How we felt when we found out you were going to join our family” is something that even if it’s been a few years, you probably can write something down!
We’ve had moms catch up on 1 year, up to14 years, and we have moms who decide to just jump in and start where they are! How precious to have those remaining years recorded that might not be otherwise!
We want it to work for YOU!
So, What does it cost?
How much is 18 years of recorded memories worth to you? $10 a year? $20 a year? (Bringing it to a total of $180p-$200!! But totally worth it right!)
When you purchase Each New Step, it breaks down to be only $3.05 per year!
And that’s if you pay full price!
We know this is such a purposeful product for moms everywhere! We hope we can send one to your home, and help set you up for a guilt-free, stress-free memory keeping future!
